Originally founded in Edmonton, Alberta as a custom website and software developer, AIVIA has been providing creative technical solutions for their clients since 2002. As of 2018, AIVIA has been specializing in providing mobile communication applications for Indigenous Nations and organizations through their Communikit platform.

AIVIA's core vision is to provide Indigenous leaders with innovative, user-friendly, and affordable communications solutions, letting Nations easily reach out to both their on and off-reserve members. We pride ourselves on our elite levels of agility, expertise, and quality; producing digital products at the intersect of technology and the humanities.
