Alluvia is a geological term for the sand, gravel, clay and silt deposited by flowing water. It is within this deposited soil that gems and gold lay hidden just needing a bit of work and polish to truly shine. At Alluvia Technologies we create technologies that enables learners to build, grow & polish their skills to shine in the marketplace.

Founded by a team of professionals & entrepreneurs from diverse work backgrounds from technology to human resources to leadership to training, we coalesced around a learning challenge we all encountered in our businesses. For years, we have sought a learning solution that would help our employees stay pace with industry trends and innovations, build and develop skill, and showcase their history of learning and work. Though we reviewed thousands of possible solutions, none would keep pace with the accelerating expansion of information. In 2017, we began building our own solution and it will be the catalyst disruption of the Learning & Development industry.
