Boon is a peer-to-peer marketplace that allows colleagues within a company to buy and sell items among themselves, with the twist that the money goes to a local charity of the seller’s choice.

It's that simple, yet the impact is profound. Companies get a no-cost way to encourage giving and sustainability in the workplace. For employees, it's a chance to declutter, find useful items, and support causes they care about, all while connecting with colleagues in a new way.

Charities get a new stream of donations without any fundraising efforts on their end, since we take on the building & growing of the platform. Environmentally, it gives items a second life instead of sending them to landfills. Since it's between coworkers, there's less transportation involved too.
