Bytes4HR is a startup company in the field of NLP-AI and HR. It aims to build solutions that can reduce the man-power required to recruit a candidate for a given job role.

Using techniques such as RNN - LSTM, NLTK, Tensorflow, AWS - Sagemaker and Siamese networks, the tech team is building a solution that can find the best fit for a given job description from a pool of candidates.

Future products include automated CV screening, Technical and Non-Technical tests, Tele-interview and a wide range of other products.
