• Solutions: based on your requirements, I will suggest 2 to 3 vendor solutions for you to review and evaluate
• Analysis: I prepare a side by side matrix of capabilities, side by side price comparison, side by side pro/con of each solution
• Business case: after a solution is chosen, I assist in preparing a business case/exec summary in order to obtain approval to move forward
