Overview

We are a consultancy specialising in all things CRM. We are based in the midlands and comprise of an efficient, talented and motivated group of people. These people have had experience within a large number of different companies and industries. We have all originated from a form of CRM, including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Dynamics and Visualfox Pro Custom CRM platforms

Our operating model of at least 60% remote allows us to keep costs down and quality up. We view customers in a different way to the majority of other consultancies as we look to forge a long-term relationship, which can only be done through delivering a viable product and doing a great job every time.

There’s a simple goal that rests at the core of our business...enable people to conduct better their business, by employing ideal solutions. We focus on developing all areas of business no matter the size of the challenge, to make an immediate and noticeable difference.

We also provide services for minor and major fixes, developments and integrations. We are tired of the mentality that plagues this industry to try and bill a client as much as possible for as long as possible, whether they need the development or not, working on the theory it is OK because another client will come to replace them when they grow tired and leave.

We drive to optimise performance of clients existing products, simply enabled by a number of our associate consultants, that each run a successful practise of their own, making them the ideal seasoned professionals to help guide you. We work with you, not by dictating our vision, but working with yours and helping develop it only where it is needed.
