Software Escrow NZ (SENZ) is the premier provider of escrow services in NZ.

SENZ protects the vendors intellectual property and their clients current and future investments by securely holding a copy of their source code. Should the unthinkable happen and your software developer or provider goes out of business or another circumstance that maybe included in your escrow agreement happens , the source code is released so the product can continue to be maintained by someone else.

We are 100% owned by the Institute of IT professionals (IITP). Because we store your soft are locally in New Zealand, we operate under NZ Law, mitigating issues of international jurisdiction which can happen with offshore providers.

SENZ stores your code and data using multiple levels of physical security increasing the safe keeping of your valuable software. With SENZ, escrowed material is stored in a fully secure vault complete with three levels of control access security restricted to authorised staff only. We believe this is the most secure option available in New Zealand.
