We are an innovative organization that uses generative AI to proactively automate, optimize and monitor (business) processes or parts thereof.
The Evolv2 AI platform offers the possibility to carry out targeted actions using generative AI. The unique flow system allows workflows to be built based on natural language.
Our AI service desk is developed on the Evolv2 AI platform. The AI service desk integrates seamlessly with existing ITSM software and can provide targeted support to users and solve problems. The AI service desk can also registrate calls (including classifying, prioritizing, transferring to the correct treatment groups), monitoring and/or carrying out actions. The EVA app can be used on a computer and mobile phone. An active call handler can automaticly registrate mails and take the necessary actions.
