Leadup

Overview

Leadup is a Slack app that helps you manage your team by keeping track of what you need to discuss with your teammates and reminding you before your 1:1s so you're always prepared. Use Leadup to track goals, follow up on action items, and provide much needed continuity between your conversations.

Leadup is for managers and aspiring leaders. One of the challenges managers often struggle with is staying organized with their team given the constant deluge of new information. Some managers try to store everything in their head, some use a note taking app or notebook, and others use a spreadsheet. None of these are good solutions because they suffer from one or more of the following problems: editing them is clumsy, they're not always available when you need them, and sometimes you'll just forget to check them before heading into a 1:1 and go in unprepared.
