MiWater

Overview

MiWater is the leading Meter Data Management System with Australian Water Utilities. Customers include the large utilities in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. The system takes a holistic view of managing data generated through smart meters. Features include a customer portal which enables exposing detailed consumption data to end users in a secure manner.

MiWater helps utilities to make better use of its smart meter data, beyond the simple automation of meter reading and billing. Advanced algorithms can not only detect customer leaks, but also has the functionality to instantly alert customers to such leaks.

MiWater also provides the analytics required to make the job of managing your fleet of smart meters, to ensure they keep delivering the data as designed and expected.

Because the back end of MiWater has been designed with production expansion in mind, it has the capability of accepting a range of data from IoT devices. The first product expansion being undertaken is MiSewer, which provides low cost, real time capabilities of monitoring sewer networks. Another expansion being designed is to monitor landfill sites, which uses a combination of features from the MiWater and MiSewer front end functionality.
